Return or Refund Policy:
Most items purchased at Liftusa Enterprises Inc. can be returned within 30
days of it's purchase date for full refund of the price of the items
purchased, less a 20% restocking charge. In some cases special order
items such as custom sized or configured machinery, equipment replacement parts & accessories are not returnable .
Some Equipment items are not returnable per manufacturers policy. Inquire about non returnable items and
or restocking charges at time of order.

(Freight both ways and/or Shipping & Handling charges are non
refundable)
Items returned must...
- Be in it's original packaging with all
packaging and hardware
- Be unused/undamaged/uninstalled.
- Return request form dated within 30
days of purchase date must be submitted prior to any adjustments.

Prior to any returns, you must obtain an approved RETURN AUTHORIZATION
CERTIFICATE. To request a Return Authorization, please contact us at:

the legal mailing address on our main page. Any refund will be in the form of
your original payment method, less any of the charges stated above, and
issued after your return is processed and verified. This time frame varies by
item, however does not exceed sixty days from time of item being received.
You will be notified in writing as to the return address for your particular
item. We can only accept freight prepaid returns . Thank You for your
cooperation . In an ongoing process of customer service improvement, this policy
may be amended on this page from time to time without prior notice.
